Our Monday plans were to spend time around Union Square and Times Square two squares that are connected by Broadway. We started the day with a walk to Bryant Park where we had breakfast. On our way we managed to notice that we walked passed the Chrysler Building (I guess we don't look up enough since we missed it on Sunday).

I don't know if this bank has anything to do with Apple, but hey it said Apple so why not taking a picture of it? Maybe it's just a bank to save money for bying Apple products :)

It was difficult to imagine that New York Fashion Week used to be held here at Bryant Park. It was a tiny tiny park, but pretty nice green oasis in between tall buildlings.

I haven't been playing Wordfeud for very long and finally had my first win in Bryant Park. I beat Bjorne with 11 points passing him with my last word. Happy, happy, happy!

| Leaving Bryant Park we saw this wedding dressed couple walking back and forth on this crosswalk being photographed. Not the most beautiful spot so I wonder what they wanted out of the pictures...maybe the atmosphere?or maybe they met there on their first date? |
Lots of fire trucks driving around Monday morning. I finally managed to get a picture of one in action!

I don't know if you can see the two window cleaning gondolas on the building in the centre. It must take forever to clean all those windows. And I guess that when you're done it's just to start all over again.
