Brooklyn Bridge

We crossed over Manhattan to the easter side passing City Hall, another enormous buidling. Our plan wasn't to cross Brooklyn Bridge today, but when we by accident ended up by it we couldn't resist.

I had my usual luck though sightseeing famous places though (remember Japan): that the Bridge was going through some kind of construction work. The walkway up to the first bridge-pillar was covered on both sides with covered fences so we couldn't see a thing of Manhattan. The only positive thing with covered fences was that it protected against the strong wind!

I hope we will have time to come back at night time to see what we can see then!

City Hall

No description needed

I just want to climb

17 is my lucky number...so I couldn't resist taking a picture of Pier 17

Trying to get some shelter from the wind by the bridge-pillar

There were a lot of flags at half mast today, we never figured out why though

Windy

This is my try of getting the bridge, the skyline and the Statue of Liberty in one picture

Jump when you can!

It almost looks like I'm all alone on the bridge, figure that :)
I don't know if I woulod like my garden just next to Brooklyn Bridge...I wouldn't eat anything from it at least

I guess it's sweet to be in Brooklyn
