Finally we had our guided tour at the Capitolium

Capitolium
It was a bit more crowded around the Capitolium today than last Sunday when we thought we were having our guided tour (and it was closed). We arrived early just in case but had time to enjoy the visitor centre before our tour. We found a bust of Raoul Wallenberg there for example which was pretty cool!

It was quite interesting to see how efficient the whole guiding process was. But with so many visitors they have been able to practice the process quite a few times probably :)

The Capitolium was as beautiful from the inside as from the outside! We didn't get to see very much of the inside though since fewer parts of the building are open on the weekends.

I believe this is The Old Senate Chamber that was used from 1810-1859

Bust of Martin Luther King...don't remember where we in the Capitolium we saw it though...
